JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Operations & CRM Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and management of Accor’s Customer Relationship Management strategy; leading the segmentation and targeting of Accor’s customer databases with accountability for driving website traffic, room nights and revenue. This role will also be responsible for the management of Accor’s digital platforms, with a focus on technical tools & tracking implementation.

This role has the opportunity to be based from our Gold Coast or Sydney Office.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Define and manage Accor’s CRM lifecycle and marketing strategy across the Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji & French Polynesia)
  • Support the execution of all email marketing and customer contact across all brands including Accor and the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme (driving Lifetime Customer Value) for both B2B and B2C
  • Accountable for the delivery of traffic targets and loyalty retention/growth activations originating from email and other CRM activity to Accor websites
  • Create timely retention campaigns, encourage segmentation and audience strategy, and ultimately increase customer lifetime value
  • Work with international teams to provide insight and recommendations for ongoing development of all.accor.com including usability, testing, functionality, etc.
  • Manage and implement digital updates including the use of pixels, API connections, Google Tag Manager updates, first-party data collection & other digital requirements as requested
  • Responsible for any digital enhancements required on locally managed platforms including brand.com websites, Meetings website, intranets, etc.
  • Drive digital best practice and standards within the organization
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and balance the needs of local/global and internal/external stakeholders
  • Implement tracking tools to support the monitoring and reporting of digital performance across key web platforms

What we need from you

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Business, Commerce, Digital, IT, Communications)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing/operations/platform management role
  • Proficiency in the use of web content management systems and emailing tools (Adobe Campaign, Taguchi, etc.)
  • Well experienced in the implementation of technical digital requirements (i.e. Google Tag Manager, HTML coding, API connections, Digital Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Experience in the segmentation, management and reporting of customer data profiles.
