Bentley location with some travel to WA regions required

About the role
Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple, major projects across our service area. The Project Manager will get the opportunity to work on traditional distribution and transmission network projects as well as renewable energy projects including solar farms, battery installations and electric vehicle charging station installations.

This role will suit a Project Manager with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, who has demonstrated experience managing the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery who can demonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure safety in planning, design and project execution.

We are a small, but dedicated and high performing team and this role will suit someone who is hands on and can flex across the entire project management sphere, from business case writing, managing procurement activities and project approvals to the delivery and oversight within defined timelines and budget.

About you
In addition to sharing our passion, to be successful in this role you will have:


  • Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) or relevant trade qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of energy systems, (generation, transmission, distribution and renewables) related assets and planning principles/financial analysis
  • Sound knowledge of how new assets (including control systems) are tested and commissioned
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively at a senior level
