DHA Level 4 – CSS Complex Task Consultant 

Salary Range - $72,748 - $78,662per annum plus superannuation

Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking a motivated team player with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our Corporate Shared Service Team.

Corporate Shared Services (CSS) is a part of the Finance branch and delivers transactional support functions associated with accounts and invoice processing, staff travel requests, fleet vehicle administration, external queries, head office reception and facilities administration, paper records administration, and other administration to support business in an efficient, customer focused and professional manner.

In this role, you will be required to provide support to the functions delivered by CSS by the following duties: liaising with internal and external stakeholders, complex investigations on various cases, undertake assessments, completing Defence reports and actioning large bulk uploads.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written, with the ability to develop and foster effective working relationships.
  • Strong Customer Service skills – liaising with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills - and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • The ability to deliver outcomes whilst managing high volumes of BAU tasks and competing priorities under limited guidance.
  • For roles in the finance area, some experience in an accounting or finance related role would be an advantage.

This position is full-time. DHA’s core business hours are between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
