Position title: Clinical Lead, Australia
Salary: $80K Base + 9.5% Super + Incentive Plan
Type: Permanent Full Time 37.5 Hours a Week, Monday to Friday

The opportunity
Our Clinical Team are the heartbeat of our organisation.
We are looking for a Clinical Lead to manage all aspects of the clinical team both onsite and remote operations. You will work closely with all operational staff, Team Leader/s, Cardiac Technicians, Reporting Cardiologists, and all other key stakeholders within CardioScan.

As a valued member of the Australian management team, you will lead and manage a large team of Cardiac Technicians on a day-to-day basis, providing clinical guidance & ensuring the allocation of work and sufficient resources can meet the demand of our clients globally.

It’s important that you come with a thorough understanding and relative experience within the Cardiac industry, related technologies and analysis reporting. You will be required to take a hands on approach in the daily operations and using our cloud software beatbox, support the team by actively allocating, review and report analysis for ECGS, BP’s and Holter Monitor Studies. This role would be suitable for an experienced Senior Cardiac Technician that is looking for a change in career, from shift work in the hospital environment and wanting a management role within a more stable environment with greater work/life balance.

In collaboration with the Global Operations Manager you will contribute and execute to the global operational strategy including budget and resource allocation and actively lead in line with our core mission and values. You will also work closely with leading Cardiologists who support continuous education, who freely provide their time and superior knowledge to support, mentor and educate the Clinical teams on a regular basis.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience including change management, coaching, professional development and performance management of staff.
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence and drive cultural change.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet high-level key KPI’s and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively connect & relate with people at all levels and backgrounds to support our global team.
  • Alignment (professional and personal) with CardioScan’s core values and expected behaviours.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills & excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Foster a culture of continued learning & development within the team.
  • Demonstratable experience and understanding within the Cardiac industry, related technologies and reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of cardiac terminology.
  • Have an Associate Diploma or equivalent University degree, in science.
  • Experience in Cardiac Analysis within a similar work environment.
  • You may be part CCT Certified, and part of CSANZ.
