What are we looking for?

Salesforce Technical Lead | Permanent Full Time role | Melbourne office

In this role as Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be accountable for the architecture, design, planning and ongoing development of the Slater & Gordon Salesforce Lightning system technology set and technical leadership of the Salesforce Lightning support team.

You will also be responsible for ensuring alignment between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities and technology directions, and pivotal in setting digital strategies, policies, standards and practices.

Key responsibilities will include:
Accountability for building the IT blueprints and roadmaps for the Salesforce Lightning technology set
Partner with senior leaders to develop technical solutions and facilitate the mapping of business requirements
Oversee the production and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Architecture solutions
Work collaboratively with others to define and design technology solutions
Undertake research and analysis to identify future technology trends
Develop, test and implement technology solutions and oversee/report on delivery commitments
Participate in discussions regarding innovation, best practices, and standards
Proactively work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate options for solutions and services ensuring requirements and features are incorporated into solution designs
Provide leadership, support and technical development of the Salesforce Lightning support team.
Deliver stability, reliability and availability of the Salesforce Lightning technology set.
What will you bring?

Certified Salesforce Lightning Architect / Platform Developer / Platform Application Builder / Administrator

A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Consultant or at least 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce

Agile methodology

Business analysis experience

Technical skills will include:
CRM: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com
Programming Languages: Apex, JavaScript
Web Technologies: Visualforce, HTML, CSS, jQuery
Design System: Lightning Design System
Development Tools: Bit Bucket
