Due to exciting company growth, there is an opportunity to join the administration team of this highly successful Automotive Group as an office all-rounder!

To thrive in this role, you will enjoy seeing tasks through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your team and other departments. Attention to detail is essential as is your ability to be adaptable whilst meeting performance expectations in a high volume and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist duties - answering and redirecting calls
Handling phone and email enquires
Provide support to Accounts department (training provided)
Ordering stationery and office supplies
Assist the office with general administration
Basic office duties - photocopying and filing etc
Follow up calls to happy customers to provide further assistance (training provided)

Essential Skills & Experience:
6 months experience OR more in a similar role
Administrative skills and the ability to multitask
Team player with a proactive nature
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to manage time and prioritise work.
Proficient with computer systems
Positive attitude and eager to learn
