About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Institutional business where you will be working in tandem with our clients in the Aged Care, Hotels, Kitchens and Hospital space to provide successful on-premise laundry programmes. You will provide advice and innovation to our clients highlighting how our dispensing systems and products help reduce the total cost of laundry through the reduction of water and energy consumption. Although this is a highly autonomous role, you will enjoy continuous support from our Territory and Service Managers.

Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager for Victoria, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality technical service is provided to our customers through the installation of new and upgraded equipment while providing escalated troubleshooting and maintenance support. The successful applicant will proactively identify and respond to known equipment failures, determine cost estimates and implements service improvements to our customer operations.

You will have the opportunity to create and deliver customer presentations on new systems, equipment and provide training to our Territory Managers on newly installed systems. Our ideal candidate may have:
Previous experience of working autonomously with a focus on customer service
Previous trade experience in either maintenance or installation
A high level of communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
