The Company

A fantastic opportunity to work alongside a leading Manufacturing company on some of Melbourne’s most iconic projects. Our client specialises in the engineering, construction, and industrial sectors and are dedicated to constructing an enthusiastic and dynamic working environment. Our client is located in the northern suburbs and are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist the Administration and Management team.

The Role

Day to day responsibilities will include:
Organise retention releases
Manage all financial project administration
Forecast project revenue
Prepare Progress Claims and Tax Invoices
Reconciliation of claims
Prepare and maintain project documentation
Effective communication with Project Managers
Maintain tax invoices and payment schedules with clients
Prepare monthly project profit and loss reports

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage conflicting deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
Great knowledge of MS Office Suite and can pick up new systems quickly

This role is Full-time, located in the northern suburbs, and they are seeking a Contract Administrator to start as soon as possible!
