Coming from a background of Senior Digital / Tech Talent Acquisition Recruitment, you will have a confident and friendly nature, a proactive attitude, and will take ownership of your recruitment assignments.

You will enjoy working as part of a small, highly efficient, national team - working alongside Business Development and Senior Managers to deliver them the broad skill sets required to continue to grow the business across both core job families, and specific niche requirements.

The focus is predominantly on permanent staff; however, the business does on occasion source contractors for niche / specialist roles.

As a professional services provider, the DWS Group relies heavily on the quality of our staff. As such, the recruitment processes this role will manage has multiple stages including; behavioural and technical interviews, as well as technical testing.

What you will bring:
Significant, stable experience in agency and internal recruitment
A very strong understanding of the current Australian Digital / IT / Technology sector
Experience recruiting Digital / Human Centred Design (CX, UX, UI), Technical (Developers, Architects, Analytics etc) and more business aligned roles (Project Management, Business Analysts etc)
Very skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (ideally JobAdder)
Ideally experience in a professional consulting environment
Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent and changing requirements
A proactive and can-do attitude, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a great candidate journey
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What you will do:
Sourcing candidates for ongoing needs, for both the Melbourne head offices and interstate locations
Conducting first round behavioural interviews
Coordinating testing and technical interviews
Issuing contracts, undertaking referencing, and overseeing the onboarding process for all new starters
