Working in Third Party means being a part of a fast paced team, which is focused on growing business in a sustainable manner through our broker and Introducer / referrer channels (both residential and business). In Third Party we view growing business and managing risk as equally important. This focus allows us to deliver the best possible customer outcomes, whilst making a significant contribution to the success of Bankwest. As a Broker Support Manager you will work within the Third Party Broker Distribution Team, closely with the Broker Development Manager and State Manager to build, develop and maintain excellent broker and aggregator relationships.

More specifically, you'll:
Work with BDMs to grow and maintain excellent relationships with key broker segments.

Implement plans to improve relationships and grow portfolio.

Manage applications in pipeline to ensure they are progressed seamlessly from submission through to disbursal.

Work with broker partners to improve submission quality and conversion to enhance customer experience, adhere to responsible lending practices and ensure ethical behaviour.

Work with internal stakeholders to collaborate on policy, process and product.

Provide education and training to brokers on Bankwest policy, process and products.

Respond to all enquiries promptly within an agreed timeframe.

Be aware of the operational risk, regulatory compliance and occupational health and safety requirements that apply in your area of business;

Understand the risks and consequences of not complying with the processes, procedures codes, legislation and acts relevant to your area of business;

Report all operational risk events, compliance and occupational health and safety breaches or potential events and breaches you become aware of;

Successfully complete all training relevant to the role you undertake

We want to hear from you if you have:
Lending background and experience.

Evidence of superior customer service and focus.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.

Knowledge / experience of broker industry is desirable.
