Role Description/Criteria

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd is in the process of building its capacity to deliver technology in support of schools and catholic education into the future. A significant investment is being made in the Integrated Catholic Online Network (ICON) project, a collaborative project between Victorian Catholic schools and the four Victorian Catholic Education Offices in the Archdiocese of Melbourne and within the Dioceses of Ballarat, Sale and Sandhurst.

Suitably qualified applicants are invited to apply for the position of the Help Desk Analyst. Reporting to the Service Desk Lead, the successful candidate will:

Contribute to a customer and quality focused Help desk to MACS staff and staff in schools.
Assist other areas in IT services as required.
Create and maintain service desk documentation and workflows/processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of services provided.

Applicants must hold full unrestricted working rights for Australia to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate must hold or acquire a Working with Children Check, and must be willing to acquire a National Police Record Check. Applicants must hold full unrestricted working rights for Australia to be considered for this role.
