This innovative business is based in South Yarra provides the ultimate in architectural solutions to the residential building industry. They sell a range of quality window furnishings products to designers, builders, architects and designers around Australia.

This position is vital to the success of the business and supports the office and sales team as you will be the first point of call for customers, supporting the office on administration - order processing, invoicing, raising purchase orders and receiving stock along with production scheduling and providing customer service over the phone.

Key Job Tasks

Supports the sales team and office with administration assistance
Responsible for the operational deliverance of all jobs allocated to you
Prepare and process quotations, scheduling, and invoicing job orders
Communicating with installers, suppliers, and internal staff
Provide home furnishings solutions on product ranges i.e.: colours, textures, and fabrics
Deliver exceptional communication, customer service, and time management

Experience & Qualifications

A background in the building, construction, interior design industry
Proficient in all aspects of administration with a keen eye for accuracy
Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries
Demonstrated experience working within a busy office environment
Proven knowledge with Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
Good time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated who has a passion for either home décor or interior Design
