In this key role you are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our Clients whilst creating new Client relationships.

Job Description

The newly created Client Services Manager role will involve high level relationship management skills where you will be assisting with the management of existing client relationships. You will also play an integral role in creating new relationship with clients in the Utilities, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Automotive, State/Federal Government and large commercial industries. Although the role is highly autonomous, you will need to work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Drive new sales growth across all industry key sectors.
Responsible for generating leads, leveraging contacts, cold calling to gain new business.
Seek out marketing opportunities within the region for consideration by the General Manager.
Attend networking events as required.
Lead role in tender submissions, partnership proposals and new business onboarding in conjunction with the General Manager.
Maintain, develop and grow client relationships.
Discuss and/or resolve client queries.
Maximise Revenue from Clients and seek out upsell opportunities.
Prepare sales plans and reporting as required.
Responsible for the new business development strategy which is tailored to meet the business’ growth expectations.
Desired Skills and Experience

About you:
Business, Marketing or related tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 3 years industry experience required.
Well established industry related contacts.
Self-driven with an ability to work autonomously.
Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution techniques.
Demonstrated understanding of the end to end sales process.
Competency in relevant computer applications e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Sound interpersonal skills.
Well-presented and professional approach.
