How does making your own mark as the new Sales and Performance Coach at Australia’s leading finance organisation, Stratton Finance, sound?

Stratton Finance is an innovative and dynamic financial services organisation which focuses on delivering the best finance deals possible that match our customers’ needs. We make buying and financing assets a personalised and easy process, ensuring our customers receive nothing but the highest level of customer service throughout, aiming to keep each and every one of our customers for life!

As our Sales and Performance Coach, you’ll be tasked with developing our brand new Stratton Finance ‘Sales Coaching Program’ from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with leadership at all levels to enable you to partner with the business and own this exciting new initiative.

You’ll also be responsible for developing our leadership team’s coaching skills, continuous feedback loop and leadership capability to ensure that learnings from the program are being reinforced and cemented by sales leaders during all phases of the coaching program.

Additionally, you’ll play a vital role supporting our national sales strategy, working closely with state-based leaders and finance consultants on both a group and individual basis to improve customer satisfaction and supercharge sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a Sales Coaching Program that is truly going make a difference
Tailor and deliver the Sales Coaching Program, in conjunction with Sales Leaders, in various channels and vehicles of communication
You’ll be heavily operationally involved - you have no problems rolling your sleeves up and putting in the effort to drive results
Develop and monitor measures for success to benchmark and align the program to drive improvement and continued growth
Liaise with all relevant departments through-out inception and delivery of the coaching program, including but not limited to sales, sales support, HR & talent, executive leadership Team

What we are looking for:
You’re driven, passionate and rewarded by enabling the success of those that you coach
Agile and flexible to meet the changing needs of our evolving organisation - we make decisions quickly and have a ‘get it done!’ attitude
Extensive demonstratable experience in sales performance coaching
Previous exposure to financial services will be highly regarded
Experience leading learning/coaching projects from conceptualisation through to delivery
Previous hands-on experience in a sales role
Knowledge of learning principles and instructional design
