We are looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to take on a 12 month parental leave contract based out of our head office located in Keysborough.

About the role:
Manage and coordinate the national inventory planning activities of your nominated portfolio
Conduct analytical forecasting activities, including variable sales, product trends etc
Prepare reports relating to portfolio performance, variance forecasts and inventory stock targets
Coordinate stock replenishment and inter branch transfer requests
Prepare shipping plans and forward purchase orders
Maintain accurate and up to date product and supplier data
Provide assistance and support to key stakeholders as required
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Warehouse

Your ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with key stakeholders together with your exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role. You have an established background working in a similar role and have solid knowledge of international shipping, inventory management and supply chain processes. With your results orientated focus, highly analytical mind, and your advanced skills in Excel you will thrive in this fast paced role. Experience working in Oracle JDE E1 software will be well regarded, although not essential.
