About the role

We have a new opportunity for a proactive and organised Project Support Administrator to provide project support to two of our Executive Directors, as well as performing general team administrative duties as required. The role involves providing logistics support for projects and working collaboratively across the organisation, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. The role involves the coordination of a range of projects within the Strategy, Transformation and ICT teams, and maintaining a weekly status of all projects in order to track progress. Finally, the role will also provide support in the use of collaboration tools including SharePoint, Teams and Trello.

This role would suit someone interested in developing a career in consulting, project management and business transformation.

About you

You will have at least five years’ experience in an administrative role, with demonstrated maturity of judgement and discretion. You will also have previous experience liaising with key external and internal stakeholders, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be well organised; having the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work on numerous projects at once. Whilst previous experience in project support would be very highly regarded it is not essential for candidates that meet all other selection criteria.
