WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Supply Chain Program Optimisation Manager to lead and drive the change required for Nike Pacific’s key internal projects. You will own the process of integrating and capturing the business requirements of Marketplace Operations (MPO), Logistics, Demand & Supply Management (DSM), Finance, Technology, and the Integrated Marketplace (IMP) teams, while making recommendations for business model optimizations that align with initiatives and drive profitability for Nike Pacific.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be responsible for the following:
  • Capturing current state processes with subject matter experts in MPO, Logistics, DSM, Finance, Tech, and IMP to influence opportunities for improvement and to document pain points through the business requirement gathering process;
  • Analyzing and providing recommendations on the maturity of current functional and systematic processes to support future Australia Fulfillment Network activations to leadership teams;
  • Facilitating functional alignment between MPO, Logistics, DSM, Finance, Tech, and IMP to understand overall change management impact, business requirements and actions needed to optimize the future state while supporting a successful deployment and stabilization of future operations;
  • Developing business model optimization recommendations and aligning the business on transition strategies and/or execution plans to overhaul the way we serve the One Nike Marketplace;
  • Working with the Asia Pacific & Global Centre’s of Excellence (CoE’s) to ensure adherence to the standardized approach to Business Planning and Readiness through the Phase Gate methodology. Key deliverables including but not limited to: What’s Changing Approach, Business Requirements, Business Transition Strategy & Plan, Cutover & Conversion Strategy and Plan, Exit & stabilization Metrics, Worst Case Scenarios, Go-Live Run of Show, and Post-Go-Live Business Stabilization;
  • Delivering quality deliverables and escalating issues and roadblocks to local and Global partners during CoE Phase Gate review process to ensure prompt resolution;
  • Support the Director of the Australia Fulfillment Network Programs with business targeted communication strategies and execution plans.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will gain a wide variety of exposure in this role by partnering with a variety of cross functional teams both within Nike Pacific & globally. You will be a key stakeholder in making recommendations for business model optimizations to the Pacific Leadership Team, while acting as the key change agent with the broader Nike Pacific organization.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree with minimum of 6 years’ experience in supply chain preferred;
  • SAP experience essential; experience using Manhattan or similar Warehouse Management System strongly preferred;
  • Experience developing and leading change across business units in large scale process, organizational, and system implementation across multiple geographies preferred;
  • Understanding of business processes including Logistics, Marketplace Operations, and Planning;
  • Project team leadership/coaching skills and ability to collaborate at all levels with experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross-functional, and virtual teams;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experienced presenter and group facilitator. Exceptional listening skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles;
  • Experience navigating complex organizational structures;
  • High tolerance for interpreting ambiguity;
  • Variable travel, up to 10%;
  • Ability to work multiple across time zones when needed.
