Fixed Term Full Time (12 months)

PEOPLE AND CULTURE ASSISTANT (GRADUATE)

An exciting opportunity exists for a People and Culture Assistant (Graduate) to join UOW Global Enterprises (UOWGE) to coordinate and administer operational activities in the People and Culture business unit. This includes recruitment and on boarding, employment contracts and letters, HCM maintenance, policies and procedures, and a range of other administration related tasks.

The successful candidate will enjoy interaction with a professional and dynamic global team, which embodies the organisational values of excellence, innovation, passion, courage, integrity and collaboration.

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • Undergraduate qualification in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Advanced administration skills including the ability to draft and edit documents and to the highest of standards
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft office suite of software
  • Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring the strictest of confidence
  • Excellent team work skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable:

  • Experience in using a Human Capital Management system (HCM)
