Full Job Description
State Government agency seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to assist with assessing and processing Home Builder Grant Applications.

Duties will include but not limited to:
Assisting with the assessment and processing of Home Builder Grant applications
Providing excellent and efficient service to all customers
Taking in bound calls assisting with customer queries
Prepare basic letters, emails and reports for both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful you will have:
Experience in reviewing/assessing applications or applying guidelines in a Government agency
Exceptional customer service skills
The ability problem solve and adapt to rapid changing environments
Great attention to detail and ability to meet and exceed KPi's
