AllSquares is currently partnered with Digital360 to find an SEO Content Producer for an ongoing permanent opportunity

Digital360 is a full-service digital agency that helps businesses discover their competitive advantage.

They're on the BRW Fast 100 and are Smart Award Winners, so now is an exciting time to join their team.

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an SEO Content Producer to be a part of a squad of SEO specialists that collectively strategise, manage, optimise, maintain and improve organic search performance in accordance with business goals and SEO best practice guidelines.

Digital360 is a remote-first company, we do however meet up regularly in person at locations around Melbourne, and make sure we have physical meet-ups with team members around the country. We believe you should work in a way that suits you best!

About you:
? You're a team player and understand the value of true collaboration
? "Breaking the internet" is a term that you embrace
? You’re ready to argue about if it’s per cent, percent, or %
? You know how to navigate a great heading, identify when it should be a dot list, or if you should delete a sentence
? You write for your readers first, always.
? You don't like status quo, you're eager to improve and optimise, not only for your own personal benefits but also the benefits of your squad
? You love to use data and new research to help you understand how to become a better writer, and make better content for your audience
? You understand that failing is in fact succeeding spelt a different way

Skills and attributes:
? At least 2 years experience in website copywriting
? Ideally a degree in marketing or communications
? Understanding of what makes good SEO copy
? Clear knowledge of what writing for readers on the web should look like, and how to structure articles
? Comfortable with writing both long form (2000 words) and short form conversion copy
? Sharp copy editor, and able to both give and receive feedback to and from the rest of the team

What an average week would look like:
? Working with our SEO specialists and content producers to put together new content roadmaps for our customers
? Researched and wrote a few articles for our clients, ranging from home decor design, costumes, or construction companies
? Reviewed and published content from other copywriters, edited and provided feedback
? Participating in a weekly retrospective and planning session with the team, discussing what we were happy with and what we wanted to work on in the future.
