Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Scrum Master within the newly formed Home Ownership Domain in the Applications and Tools team.

Undertake the key responsibilities around planning and delivery of Home Owning Epics and Features. You will focus on the squad/s to ensure that they are running smoothly, functioning to the best of their abilities in an Agile environment and delivery is at its optimum level.

Key responsibilities

Coaches the squad on agile ways of working
Manages agile forums and artefacts including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros and showcases.
Drives squad scrums to monitor work, find efficiencies, surface blockers and aide in removing blockers.
Escalates to the scrum of scrums to resolve squad blockers
Working in an Agile environment and challenging the status quo of traditional delivery practices.
Juggling multiple backlog items through discovery to identify the features and requirements for further prioritisation and delivery.

What you will bring

Delivery experience and an understanding of Banking and Financial Services with Home Owning Domain experience highly desirable.
Proven experience leading and coaching teams of up to 10 people using Agile and adaptive delivery models to achieve successful outcomes
Ability to manage agile forums and artefacts including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros and showcases
Ability to drive squad scrums to monitor work, find efficiencies, surface blockers and aide in removing blockers
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to negotiate with both technology, business units and partners/vendors
