About the role
The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development and about implementing systems and processes to enable fit-for-purpose capability assessment and reporting.
In this role you will be part of the People & Risk team and you will report into the Manager Capability & Change.
Your diverse range of responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Design, implement and continuously improve a fit-for-purpose competency framework
Oversee a Training Needs Analysis process across the organisation
Ensure timely delivery of training programs in line with the annual learning and development calendar
Manage vendors to ensure training delivery remains at an exceptional standard
Liaise with staff and their managers to provide guidance on training related enquiries

To be successful in this position you will require:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Experience designing and implementing a competency framework, ideally in a highly operational industry
3+ years of experience in Training and Assessment
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
Experience working with Registered Training Organisations (desirable)
Experience in planning organisation-wide annual training calendars (desirable)
