Admin Grade 1 (HS1)
Permanent Part Time
(16 hrs per fortnight) 


We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dedicated Dimboola Medical Centre team. This part time position is available from July 2021 and includes working Monday to Friday (flexible days including covering leave). The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Dimboola Medical Centre. This includes booking patient appointments, maintaining patient records, filing and scanning of correspondence, issuing invoices and handling general enquiries.


Key Selection Criteria include:


Essential:



  • High level administration skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Well developed computer skills

  • Accreditation experience


Desirable:



  • Accounts knowledge/experience

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Previous reception experience in a health service
