About Us:

Court Services Victoria (CSV) was established on 1 July 2014 as an independent statutory body corporate to provide corporate and administrative services that support judicial independence in the administration of justice in Victoria. CSV provides support services to the Supreme Court; the County Court; the Magistrates' Court; the Children's Court; and the Coroner's Court, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria and the Judicial Commission of Victoria.

Jurisdiction Services (JS) is the specialist service arm of CSV that provides support to the courts and VCAT in a range of corporate functions including human resources; Koori programs and initiatives; finance; facilities; assets and contract management; security; risk, audit and compliance; project management; business intelligence; communications; business review and improvement; technology; and transcription services.

About the role:

  • Provide central support to Fleet Co-ordinators.
  • Provide support to Fleet Co-ordinators in updating vehicle fleet policies, entitlements and performance.
  • Administer vehicle fleet including fuel cards, licence checks, tyre accounts, infringement and toll notices and Private Vehicle Authority forms.
  • Undertake systems administration functions for the fleet management system.
  • Manage administration for other specific CSV contracts with responsibility for monitoring of key performance indicators and supplier performance.
  • Monitor and assist with enquiries via the central email.

About You:

  • Administration – provides support to the Fleet Co-ordinators and Manager.

  • Organising and Planning - applies organisational frameworks to plan, guide and monitor complex projects and the work of the area in order to meet long-term objectives.
  • Problem Solving - develops and evaluates solutions with consideration for likely business impacts, developing contingency plans and ensuring stakeholders are actively engaged in the problem-solving process.
  • Stakeholder Management - manages development and implementation of stakeholder initiatives, creates lasting relationships with stakeholder groups, and partners stakeholders to broker shared solutions in new areas.
  • Resources Management - identifies, secures and manages resources in accordance with business unit objectives and strategies.
