Procurement Advisor

Programmed - Perth, WA

Any Industry
Source: uWorkin

We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Advisor for one of our favourite employers. The key points of this role:

  • This role is an initial 6 month contract, however, it's a vacant role. That means, if you are enjoying the role (we think you will), then the sky is the limit for your career.
  • They are based in Leederville. Walking distance to public transport and paid parking in the area
  • A competitive hourly rate is on offer, working office hours - around 38 per week.
  • Working in an established team of procurement professionals with long-term tenure with their business, but who are also open to fresh ideas. Your ideas.
This role is very much operational focused. There are existing contracts in place on the panels you will be allocated, and will make sure they run smoothly and to contract specification.

In terms of your background, you'll have extensive experience in procurement within a large-scale corporate environment. That could include within an Engineering environment, within Government, or somewhere in between.

Although this role is primarily focused on existing contracts management, if you have experience in procurement strategies, plans and programs, and experienced in the full contracts lifecycle that will put you in good stead. The company is always open to fresh ideas and ways to do things better.

You'll love working for this company. How do we know? We've recruited for them for many years. So many of our former contractors have become their permanent employees, and gone on to build long-term careers with their business. Now, it's your turn.
