As a strategic Human Capital Business Partner in our Assurance business your impact will be seen by:

  • Collaborating, challenging and advising various leadership teams to drive performance and employee engagement
  • Designing, implementing and championing structural and cultural change management strategies, that embody our values, to embed the firm’s strategic pillars along with our People & Culture agenda
  • Unlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, building a trusted and value-add relationship
  • Interpret/translate the trends from various data sources to support and influence business decisions in a targeted manner
  • Partnering with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that improve organisational effectiveness, culture and business performance
  • Work closely with the People Management team to ensure the Business are fully supported across all areas of the people lifecycle

This role works in partnership with the business leadership teams, Human Capital Directors and People & Culture Centres of Excellence to design and implement long term people strategies that integrate and align to the purpose, values and strategy of the firm and the various alignment businesses.

About you

You have proven experience in transformation and change experience within large, complex organisations, are skilled in providing strategic and commercial advice to senior level stakeholders and hold an advanced understanding of executing Human Capital and people related strategies.

You have deep commercial acumen and strategic focus through an understanding of contemporary people and culture issues. You're comfortable leading through ambiguity and are known for strong ethics and judgement. You have highly developed influencing skills and have a track record of supporting and challenging clients.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Assurance team deliver practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results.
