Go the extra mile to help people exploring their greater self! As Client Experience Manager (f / m / d). Your mission is to be a guide for our coachees during a phase of personal and professional transformation. You will join our international team of customer experience managers (based in Berlin) and work closely with a cross functional Melbourne based team in establishing systemic business coaching across Australia.

You are responsible for the Customer Journey of our coachees

Being the only and the best point of contact for our coachees from the beginning of their coaching program until the end
Conduct onboarding webinars to motivate a new group of coachees for coaching
Answer coachee’s requests via chat, email and phone, supporting them and providing them with the best user experience
Proactively contact coachee by phone or emails to offer support, e.g. education around coaching
Analyze customer feedback and contribute to the further improve of our offering
Proactively propose new solutions and new processes
Autonomously manage special projects, e.g. improving coachee onboarding experience, automating processes, etc.
Work with digital tools like Zendesk, Confluence and Jira
You will create the future of digital coaching with us - Your name will be part of this story!

About the team

You will be part of the (Berlin based) Client Experience team in our Operations unit and have a direct impact on the quality of the coachee journey. Our team members come from more than 8 different countries, have a wide range of interests from, yoga and languages to music and psychology. You will directly report to our Head of Client Experience Let’s jointly democratize coaching for all career levels.

You have 2+ years of work experience in a customer focused environment
You bring preferably a higher degree in a business related field
You rely on an independent working method and bring "Entrepreneurial Spirit"
You have a "Getting-things-done" mentality and are result-orientated
You speak fluent (Australian) English - any other APAC language (Chinese/Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a big plus
You enjoy working in an international team, and communicating with a diverse rage of people
You naturally adapt to a fast paced environment
You have the ability to build strong relations with stakeholders among all levels in an organization
You pay attention to details
You are interested in topics such as Business Coaching, Systemic Coaching, Psychology, and community management - we admit, we are a little nerdy about this
