The Marketing Manager, APAC defines, executes and measures marketing activities and programs to support business growth in Australia and APAC countries in close coordination with the local sales team and global marketing team. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing & Sales Enablement. This a full-time position with up to 30% of travel may be required.
This position is the primary point of contact for marketing in Australia and Asia Pacific and is best suited for a dynamic marketer who is highly organized, responsive, and results focused.

Define, implement and track integrated marketing programs to support business growth in the Asian Pacific and Oceania region, including communications, lead gen campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, website, etc.
Increase customer stickiness by executing and tracking dedicated loyalty programs (e.g. SunRise, incentives, sales training, etc.) and associated support tools (Showpad, marketing store, merchandise, print materials, sales training content, etc)
Build and localise, in coordination with the Global marketing team, best-in-class sales tools to support Partners and sales team’s selling approach (including case studies (video/photo), customer support tools, presentations, as needed)
Plan and manage sponsorships, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating communication
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support and digital materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Actively develop relationships with key customers to execute marketing activities with the aim to increase our market share in the targeted markets
Collaborate in the process of new product implementation and launch into the channel

Maintain strong local function management including:
Lead small local team overseeing Marketing Coordinator, Japan and Marketing Support Representative, Australia
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring customer loyalty
Set up and manage a local network of vendors
Manage and track marketing budget

7+ years in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in project and event management
University degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
Excellent data analysis skills, with a passion for understanding data, patterns and trends
Excellent writing and communication skills (offline & online)
Attention to detail and exceptionally high quality of work
Computer literate: MS Office. Knowledge of SalesForce.com, Hubspot and content management tools (Drupal)
Legal right to work in Australia

Preferred Requirements
Direct experience working with our priority Asian countries (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, India), as well as the Australian market
Knowledge of demand generation, offline and online marketing, channel marketing and B2C marketing is an asset
Marketing automation - Experience managing lead nurturing and scoring programs with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
Vendor management: Experience identifying, negotiating with and signing new vendors. Ability to push vendors to make continual improvements, and to provide clear direction on campaigns
