You will join the business as an AP & Payroll Officer, responsible for end to end Payroll and Accounts Payable. You'll be working in a team of three reporting into the Commercial Accountant.

Our client is in the retail industry specialising in food and beverage, they are based in the inner northern suburbs of Perth and offer free on-site parking.

This role will be ultimately responsible for the Accounts Payable function and also Payroll.

  • Processing pay for 650 employees using ADP
  • Fortnightly pay using multiple EBA's
  • Processing of Accounts Payable for the business across multiple entities
  • Ad-hoc financial duties as delegated by the Commercial Accountant


To be successful in this role you will bring the following:

  • Minimum 3 years in processing payroll for 100 employees or more
  • Experience with ADP will be highly desirable
  • Ability to process Accounts Payable
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player with values that align to the company values
