ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking applications from suitably experienced nurses to the position of Clinical Nurse, at Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence based nursing care is delivered to patients. You will facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care. You will also practice within the scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

Area Profile: Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service (FHMHS) provides recovery focused mental health services. It works in partnership with consumers and their carers and acknowledges that each individual is an expert in their own recovery.

FHMHS provides services to the residents of Fremantle, Cockburn and Melville. It offers adult services to people aged 18 to 65 years and older adult services for people over 65 years.

Our services include: acute inpatient mental health services and community mental health services (including outpatient clinics and continuing care programs).
