Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist in a widely recognised organisation on a full time permanent basis

Your new company
This thriving, well established organisation based in South Melbourne have been dominating the market for over 100 years. Due to an internal promotion they currently require a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to start on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Answer and divert all incoming calls
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Schedule and arrange meetings
Basic invoicing
Assist with event and function coordination
General adhoc duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ approach
Approachable and welcoming demeanour
Exceptional communication with highly developed interpersonal skills
Proficient within MS Office suite
