About Us


Monash Oncology Clinical Trials Unit are looking for a suitably experienced person to take on the role of Ethics Submission Lead to cover a period of Parental Leave


Key points:



  • prepare and co-ordinate all documentation required to gain HREC and RGO approval for clinical trials in accordance with stakeholder and institutional key performance indicators;

  • be the primary point of contact for issues relating to your ethics and governance submissions; and

  • accurately record all ethics submission activities including associated timelines and trial statuses within relevant databases

  • Play an key role in the supporting the efficient management of our Oncology Research Department

About You


The Oncology team is a fast paced intense area, and the role of the Ethics Submission Lead is integral in supporting the many functions of the team both in administrative and liaising with both sponsors, vendors and HREC, within the short time frames set.

  • Knows the requirements for obtaining ethical and governance approval for clinical trials
