The Position

Position Title: Coordinator - Organisational Development
Classification: HS4
Hours per fortnight: 30.4
Employment Status: Part-time Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
To support the delivery of corporate and leadership training and development programs
To support defined activities that build a positive organisational culture and enhance staff wellbeing.

Key Requirements:
A commitment to evidence-based practice.
The ability to form positive and effective relationships with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds.
Project Management and report writing skills.
Self motivated with good time management skills.

The Team

The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.

The staff in the Division of People and Culture provide support and advice in line with our strategic goals and objectives of empowering our people and providing a positive work environment for staff and volunteers where they feel valued, safe and supported to work together in delivering excellent care and services.

01.Experience in coordination of learning curriculum including content review, facilitator consultation, scheduling, marketing and event management.

Essential:
02.A skilled and engaging communicator with experience in public speaking and facilitation of training events.

Essential:
03.Experience in project planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting.

Essential:
04.High level ICT skills including experienced user of MS Office suite.

Essential:
05.High level administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Essential:
06.A collaborative and supportive approach to working with others.

Desirable:
07.Qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, Training and Development or Human Resources are highly desirable.

Desirable:
08.Experience in Totara learning management system, instructional design and use of Articulate 365, or other e-learning platforms or software.
