It is the People Manager's core objective to drive a positive and fulfilling workplace by providing support in the management and development of Contini's. You will do this by performing a leadership role within our Squads, providing guidance on the alignment of business objectives and truly partnering with your squads to build and maintain a great place to work and deliver valuable business outcomes. You serve as a consultant to our leadership team on human resource-related issues and you are an employee champion and change agent.

This role assesses and anticipates People related needs. Communicating needs proactively and seeking to develop solutions with the Director of People, the People Ops Team (POPs) and the leadership team. The position formulates partnerships across the People function to deliver value-added service to leadership and team members that reflect the business objectives of the organisation.

You are passionate about learning and will live our mantra to "give people the skills to leave, but the motivation to stay". The team member experience is paramount and you understand how to pull the right levers to ensure a positive team member experience that drives strong commercial outcomes.

The role and responsibilities of the People Manager are varied and broad and as such this position description only provides a sample of the requirements of the role as not all responsibilities can be defined or anticipated.

Experience & Skills

  • At least 10 years experience in People Operations/HR
  • Technology industry experience or a demonstrated strong understanding of technology mandatory
  • Evidence working successfully within a high growth rapid change environment
  • Prior experience in an L&D role highly advantageous


  • Tertiary HR Qualification Favourable
