Our client is a Leader in Automation systems tailored to multiple industries but specifically the main focus point for this role will be Airports across the APAC region.

They specialise in innovative material handling products and not only provide the design but their own automation control an maintenance very much giving them the edge and full portfolio of service.

As the Senior Business Solutions Manager you will be responsible for total account management of key accounts/ new projects and developing and

maintaining long-term relationships with key clients with a strong focus on full sales solutions.

Some of the responsibilities will be -

  • Cultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with key clients and the executive management team
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality tender services
  • Be able to manage multiple tenders in parallel with equal focus
  • Be able to establish an effective strategy to secure work for all tender
  • opportunities in the region
  • Mentor and develop subordinate sales engineering staff
  • Support and motivate the sales teams for nominated opportunities
  • Work closely with the Executive Management with a focus on the commercial performance of the business unit including ensuring a strong platform to enable revenue growth, profitability, successfully delivered contracts, and long term client relationship
  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Group Contracts Manager on tenders, contract negotiations and contract administration to ensure projects are appropriately entered into and managed Forming strong relationships with all business units to successfully win sales and deliver projects accordingly
  • Leading the one stop shop approach combining all the areas of D&I, O&M, Support Services and Digital ensuring a complete total team approach Being a key advisor and close liaison to staff on any relevant matters to add value to the business
The successful candidate will have but not limited to -
  • Have a solid understanding of an Airport environment and how to target senior people
  • Proven and experienced account management in the fast moving, high customer focused industries such as aviation
  • Senior management exposure
  • Significant experience across the services sector
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Be able to actively work at a variety of levels from the boardroom through to site
  • Excellent coalition building skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • A persuasive negotiator able to achieve consensus amongst differing opinions
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills and the experience and passion to be an outgoing spokesperson, relationship builder, and leader
  • Keen analytic, organization, problem solving skills which support, enable sound decision making
  • A financially savvy and politically astute leader with the ability to set clear priorities and delegate
  • Total team player
  • Ability to effectively influence and engage with people and areas not under their direct control or authority
