About The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients across our Humio solutions, whilst growing existing client relationships. You will position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within your accounts.

To meet and exceed your individual sales quota, you will drive the sales cycle to success. You will meet the client’s requirements and be responsible for collaborating with the relevant internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals.

The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources. Candidates with current strong contacts within security and devops are encouraged to apply.

Key Accountabilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • You role is to work with the CrowdStrike’s sales teams across the APJ region by briefing new and existing security personas and amplify CrowdStrike’s Humio security product capabilities and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with customers on incorporating CrowdStrike cloud security products within their operational workflows during technical evaluations and post-sales.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns that develop cloud security product sales pipeline and customer awareness.
  • Ad hoc collaboration with field- and service provider-sales teams to help close significant deals.
  • Train internal teams to better position cloud security products.
  • Provide Product Management teams customer feedback pertaining to new and existing features/capabilities.
  • Stay well educated and informed about CrowdStrike’s vision of security product roadmaps, the market landscape for cloud adoption and be certified in cloud computing platforms.
  • May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts in other time zones, travel up to 50%.
  • Provide support for sales representatives by: leading calls, acting as a point of contact for a product set, and assisting with internal sales enablement for Humio.
  • Assist global campaigns to drive the sales of Humio solutions
  • Stay well educated and informed about CrowdStrike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the Next-Generation Endpoint market space.
Experience

Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to Enterprise customers
  • Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level
  • Strong understanding of one of the following domains: Logging, Observatory, Operational Intelligence, DevOps or ITOA technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions
  • Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
  • Ability to succeed in a quota driven sales environment at an Enterprise level
  • Proven sales track record
  • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism. Leadership, accountability qualities required
  • Salesforce.com experience preferable
