As the Instructional Designer, you will design effective learning solutions that encompass contemporary learning principles, M&E and design models that meet the business needs.

You are experienced in creating appropriate learning solutions, implementing instructional and graphic design best practices and works on multiple projects and initiatives across the business and enterprise. Additionally, your role supports the work of the L&D Design Specialists by creating and maintaining design standards, processes and templates.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver to the EML learning strategy and learning priorities for each business unit, including eLearning solutions
  • Able to manage and lead small to medium projects
  • Support your Leader and Learning Partners as required.
  • Support Learning Designers by contributing towards the creation and maintenance of design standards, templates and evaluating digital and graphic learning solutions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Undertake relevant administration tasks, including learning content, knowledge management, learning management and other systems, to ensure compliance and adherence to policy, procedure and processes.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience developing and creating end to end learning materials for online delivery in a medium to large organisation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • In depth knowledge of adult learning theories and Instructional Design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Agile Design)
  • Creation and maintenance of design and learning templates and standards
