Job Requirements

We are looking for a phenomenal Enterprise Sales Director to join us in Sydney or Melbourne. As our first person on the ground in Australia, you will be responsible to expand Phenom's presence in the ANZ region (and possibly in other APAC countries). This is a chance to put your fingerprint on one of the fastest-growing HR-tech companies and leverage existing relationships to drive strategy and revenue. We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious individual!

We expect you to be a self-starter with the ability to generate revenue above quota with enterprise customers. In this role, you will be utilizing a solutions-based sales process and y ou will develop a target account strategy. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI, and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital transformation and Ai-powered e-commerce style of candidate engagement.

Each Day You Can Expect To

  • Be active in your pipeline – moving the deal up or out fast
  • Make calls to schedule discovery and demo meetings
  • Conduct powerful product demo’s
  • Drive opportunities throughout the whole sales cycle
  • Know the competition well enough to decipher competitive differences
  • Assist with building attendance to webinars and events
  • Source & develop client relationships and referrals
  • Proactively manage your schedule, leads, and pipeline
  • Demonstrate a repeatable sales technique for achieving maximum sales
  • Use your energy, be passionate, laugh like crazy & have fun
  • Work closely with business line leadership in this growth opportunity.
Work Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • 10+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience in building strategic, executive-level relationships with Enterprise customers
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Knowledge of the Talent Management/HR software market is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Positive energy and proven results
