JOB DESCRIPTION

Growth Gurus are seeking a Partnerships Director to join their global team. This exciting role is responsible for leading the sales strategy for this company and being a driving force for business development and sales activities.

This role is both remote and flexible - ideally you would work from home (3 days per week) and in our office in Surry Hills, NSW (2 days per week).

Details of the role

This role reports directly into the Founder of the business. It will be varied and fast-paced and responsible for, but not limited to, the following

  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of clients by following a proven sales process, developing relationships and cross-selling the services of Growth Gurus.
  • Actively representing the Growth Gurus at events and networking opportunities with client professionals in the design and product communities.
  • Conducting prospect qualification and assessing progress on these developments.
  • Maintaining clients and prospects in CRM (Pipedrive).
  • Achieving sales targets per month and per quarter.
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients through cold callings, canvassing, customer referrals, partner relationships and organisational affiliations.
  • Promoting the sale of our services by creating and delivering sales presentations with the optimal solution for the client.
  • Developing strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Expanding our sales territory throughout Australia, US and European markets.
  • Enhancing operational efficiencies in order to exceed customer expectations.
  • Preparing sales and activity reports to present to Management.
  • Ensuring all case studies, portfolio and sales pieces are up-to-date.
  • Being proactive and on the front foot with all client needs.
  • Further expanding knowledge of driving customer acquisitions, retention and growth for e-commerce brands.
  • Any other duties as requested by Management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have
  • The entrepreneurial spirit of being self-motivated, independent and diligent.
  • 5-7 years experience in a sales role, with strong attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo, Justuno, Yotpo and Shopify platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills.
