  • Base Salary: $88,257 per annum ($45.26 per hour) plus 9.5% super, access to NFP salary packaging, and the staff rewards program

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated & experienced Case Manager, who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families.


We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team in Coffs Harbour. This role will provide clients with appropriate and timely support to access services by effectively engaging, screening, assessing, referring, and providing coordinated case management to Interrelate clients.

This role will:

  • Be the primary contact point for the local Interrelate intake process including responding to requests for any Interrelate services.
  • Develop family case management plans and monitor the progress of families through various programs, and
  • Undertake intake assessment with clients which includes but is not limited to:
    • assessing eligibility and suitability for services, assessing the person's / family's needs
    • assessing risks (including suicide risk) and,
    • developing action plans to mitigate risks and assisting clients / families to develop their own goals and case/service plans

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline
  2. Demonstrated experience in case management with families along with the skills in managing high parental conflict whilst upholding the best interests of the child
  3. Demonstrated experience in therapeutic work with families and children; along with knowledge of child development, child protection and family violence issues
  4. Ability to liaise with the community and build local networks including family law specialist and magistrates along with experience in dealing with the Family Law System
  5. Ability to manage, supervise and train staff to develop a strong team
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
