JOB DESCRIPTION

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced customer service officer for an ongoing opportunity with our national client. Reporting to the general manager, the successful candidate will be primarily managing customer enquiries as well as contributing in required clerical and administrative duties.

To Be Considered For This Role You Must Have

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with new systems and learn new processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kgs (not repetitively)
  • Drivers Licence and own transport
  • Available to work a rotating roster
  • Able to provide or apply for a National Police clearance
  • Forklift licence an advantage!
  • Keen to be versatile, work in the warehouse and front office.
About Your New Job
  • Be the main point of contact with customers (establishing accounts, customer's enquirers, processing orders and payments, managing debtors, freight forwarding/receiving)
  • Managing deliveries and scheduling drivers as required
  • Ongoing management of freight & cargo
  • General administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assisting management in general duties as required
  • Some warehousing involved
  • No 2 days will be the same. Great team and upskilling opportunities
  • Work on a roster which may include early starts and late finishes including weekends.
