Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Warmly welcome guests to food & beverage outlets, greet and tend to each guest with a smile;
  • Take orders, provide service, action requests or answer guest questions promptly and professionally;
  • Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities;
  • Maintain cleanliness and preparation within your area;
  • Manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts within our POS system;
  • Undertake basic beverage preparation, assist with event set-up or break-down, or act as a barista or bartender as directed.
This role is Part time role paid at a level 2 hourly rate as per the Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Enterprise Agreement.

There are 7 F&B Attendant roles available.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment;
  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights, mornings, weekdays, weekends and public holidays;
  • Hold a nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification;
  • An ability to be observant and attentive with guests;
  • A high level of personal grooming and presentation;
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction;
  • Completed AHA COVID-19 Hygiene Course;
  • Hold unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
