We are looking for a self-motivated marketing professional to join the Asia-Pacific & Japan marketing team and play a leading role in our growth in the Japan market. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing demand generation strategies and tactics for the Japan region. Responsible for aligning with the regional sales team in order to create direct and channel marketing campaigns for pipeline creation/acceleration in region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration and channel engagement in territory through various marketing channels – online and offline.
  • Ensure close alignment with sales team and regional sales strategy
  • Liaison between sales and the marketing organization responsible for pipeline generation
  • Track effectiveness of marketing programs and ROI from these
  • Track and report marketing lead conversion rates, marketing sourced pipeline and marketing sourced revenue.
  • Manage regional budgets across multiple business units.
  • Responsible for gathering data insights and communicating the overall effectiveness of marketing programs to marketing and sales leadership.
Qualifications

Essential
  • Japanese Language – Fluent/ Native Proficiency
  • English – Fluent/Native Proficiency
  • 2+ years of experience working in marketing for a software or information technology company with proven results.
  • Must be able to develop and implement effective marketing programs.
  • Critical thinker and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player
Desirable
  • Knowledge and previous use of Salesforce is desired but not necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with sales teams and supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Event management experience
