This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Due to the current health crisis related to COVID-19 and the escalating visa/travel restrictions in place, we're currently unable to extend offers to anyone who cannot work from Australia due to lockdown visa/travel restrictions, or other restrictive measures until further notice. Consequently, we will be prioritizing candidates who can start in this location by set date as expected. We're keeping the situation under review and would adjust our position should the restrictive measures be removed later on.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in digital media, digital advertising platforms, account management, direct sales or ads product marketing.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in relationship building with executives.
  • Knowledge in media businesses and operations cross-functionally.
  • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.

About The Job

As an Account Manager, you will develop and manage relationships with customers and agencies, working closely with your team. You will be the advocate for digital marketing and grow engagement with customers and their advertising as well as media agency partners. You will also consult and partner with our key customers and build relationships to help them grow their businesses through using Google solutions. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • Build sustainable relationships with leading Branding and Performance customers, and Media and Creative agencies.
  • Provide campaign management using the Google Ads platform.
  • Provide campaign updates and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied. Manage ongoing customer training in all related tools.
  • Act as a liaison with customers and agencies regarding product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Understand key customers business goals and current search, display and video strategies.
