What You’ll Do

  • Set up and implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) within our Wagering & Media (W&M) business, ensuring a smooth transition from our current outsourced provider.
  • Support the ongoing education of internal and external stakeholders on LMS functionality and usability, ensure timely communication regarding LMS updates and changes and provide ongoing end user system support.
  • Monitor system performance and upgrades, undertake system enhancements in line with evolving business requirements, and maintain up to date policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement reporting strategies that meet regulatory requirements and collate training reporting for various stakeholders as required. You will also be responsible for ongoing management of data integrity and security.
  • Develop and implement training materials and conduct training sessions and demonstrations internally and externally to our retail network.
  • Be the key relationship manager with our external vendor, as well as the LMS subject matter expert within Tabcorp.
  • Assist and support the W&M Training team and broader W&M team as required.


What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant qualifications in Training and Assessment, Information Technology, Workforce Learning/Training and/or another business discipline or equivalent experience in administering a LMS or HR information systems is required.
  • A wealth of technical knowledge in Training, LMS and/or administration with demonstrated reporting and analytical experience, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer focus
  • Passion and interest in systems with the ability and determination to troubleshoot.
  • Experience developing training content, online assessments and evaluations in a highly regulated business/industry.
  • You’ll be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, have an interest in developing your leadership skills and have the technical know how to make this role your own.
