About This Opportunity

As a Channel Manager supporting the APAC region you will serve as a liaison between InComm Payments business teams across APAC (AUS/NZL, CHN, HKG, KOR, MYS/SNG, THA, TWN), and InComm Payments HQ (USA) in the planning and execution of projects.

The ideal candidates will have at least 4 years’ experience in Retail/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), IT/Fintech or Business Operations and will be a self-starter who can coordinate, facilitate &/or drive initiatives from end-to-end.

This is a prime opportunity to work within a global operation and utilize operational, project management, and relationship development skills in a fast paced and innovative sector.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between InComm Payments business teams across APAC (AUS/NZL, CHN, HKG, KOR, MYS/SNG, THA, TWN), and InComm Payments HQ (USA)
  • Build rapport and professional working relationships with Regional Sales/Business Development leads, Country Managers, In-country teams, and US HQ divisional contacts to enable open and effective communication and collaboration
  • Comfortable to face new territory or challenging time dependant situations; eliciting information to identify issues, drivers, needs & requirements which support identification of solutions.
  • Manage Regional Pipeline of business opportunities/new projects to promote proactive planning and resource alignment and accurate status tracking for active projects.
  • Identifies and highlights risks in a timely manner to avoid ‘Emergencies’
  • Use sound, independent reasoning, and judgment to plan, prioritise and manage own time to deliver results while being flexible to respond to constantly changing priorities, needs and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to understand and scope initial requests for complex projects including IT integrations, enhancements, changes, and development initiatives.
  • Act as contact and guide on internal processes, best practice, requirements, and project governance milestones as well as support those related to merchant or product focused activities
  • Ensure regional teams are kept informed of new product lines/business opportunities and/or changes to operational processes.
  • Facilitate Communication of changes and updates to cross functional organizations and Teams
  • Keeps up on industry and InComm trends in region and communicates back to sales teams and support organizations

Qualifications
  • Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years’ experience in Retail/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), IT/Fintech or Business Operations.
  • Excellent organization, planning, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Confident, positive attitude with a strong customer focus. (Internal/External customer)
  • Proactive, r esilient, self-starter who can coordinate, facilitate &/or drive initiatives from end-to-end.
  • High-level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to retain/recall information.
  • Excellent business writing skills, including email, meeting notes/minutes, documentation, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including hosting phone/video conferences, face-to-face meetings, workshops, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts and requirements to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and investigational skills with ability to think outside the box
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams etc.) with ability to quickly learn new tools and applications
