About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director – People & Business Performance, the HR Manager – Organisational Development will play a key role in the development of the Organisational Development strategy for Australasia.

You will partner with the business to define organisational culture, develop and implement capability frameworks to drive consistency and opportunity, design and implement talent management initiatives and projects, provide advice and guidance on matters relating to organisational development, training and learning development programs and prioritise and sequence the elements of OD to meet business objectives and drive business performance and employee engagement.

About you

You will be a motivated, proactive and experienced HR professional with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • In-depth experience in HR or OD change and initiatives within a complex organisation;
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, leadership development, succession planning and capability frameworks.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development or Organisational Development &/or demonstrated relevant experience;
  • Experience in HR/Business transformation, digitalisation and process improvement projects;
  • Experience within an Engineering or Defence related industry (desirable).
