About The Role

Our Advisory Consultants are responsible for minimising risk to the business by providing expert advice to Line Managers on performance conduct and capacity management, advice on the interpretation of our enterprise agreements, employment contracts and the Fair Work Act

What You'll Be Doing

As the Advisory Consultant you'll have a strong focus on advising Line Managers in addressing issues related to

  • Misconduct, poor performance and non-work-related illness/injury;
  • Equal opportunity breaches;
  • Workplace/employee relations matters across all brands

Good things you'll need
  • Previous experience working within retail, manufacturing or large operational organisations
  • Broad HR/ER case management and service delivery experience
  • Proven experience in performance, behaviour and equal opportunity case management in a high volume environment
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and a ble to influence and negotiate at all levels
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience interpreting the Fair Work Act
  • A strong customer focus and the proven ability to clearly outline risk and make informed recommendations
  • The ability to provide accurate and timely advice in a fast paced environment to minimise risk
  • Responsive, pragmatic and logical problem solving and decision making
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality

NB This position can be located in either VIC, SA, NSW, WA or QLD and offers the flexibility to work from home.
