Job Description

Citrix Netscaler Level 1 Support

  • Expertise in install, configure, monitoring and troubleshooting of Citrix NetScaler.
  • Expertise in Configuring, Operating, Maintaining & performing firmware upgrades on
Citrix NetScaler Management and Analytics.
  • Reverse proxy standard operations
  • Rewrite requests/responses
  • Redirect/Caching Experience with core networking (routing/switching) is a must,
application networking preferred Knowledge of Security technologies (e.g. SSL/TLS,

VPNs, Firewall) A strong working knowledge of secure Web application delivery, TLS
  • x, Encryption, Certificate management, Authentication protocol LDAP, LDAPs,
Radius, SAML, OAuth, Client certificates A strong working knowledge of the TCP/IP

protocol stack.
  • Expertise on Citrix and OS Troubleshooting.
  • Should have knowledge on troubleshooting Citrix Performance issues.
  • Good Hands on experience with Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop platform.
  • Extensive experience as Citrix systems administrator providing 24/7 operational
support for Citrix NetScaler gateway, XenDesktop & XenApp production

  • Monitoring of Citrix Environment through relevant tools and take action wherever

  • Day-to-day operational management and support of the company's enterprise class,
critical Citrix infrastructure.
  • Knowledge on VMware vSphere infrastructure / AD / DNS /DHCP /GPO
  • Knowledge on Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server in an enterprise network
  • Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change
  • Good knowledge on ticketing tools.
  • Good communication Skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7 x 365 model)
