Primary Responsibilities

  • To maintain and update the code that runs the Device Register service
  • The Device Register service is an In-House created CMDB tool which is relied on by multiple support groups.
  • It has several built-in automation features, and it interfaces to several other infrastructure systems
  • Fix any availability or performance issues with the Device Register
  • Repair several Device Register functions that have been broken for several months
  • Perform regular Database maintenance and other health/housekeeping activities
  • Update internal Device Register automation workflows to work with SNOW and/or disable workflows
  • Streamline the PS script-based process to perform bulk data updates
  • Design, create and deploy new functions and automations for Device Register where required

  • Strong technical skillsets across Dev Ops environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills investigating to root cause
  • Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • ITIL certification would be an advantage
  • Industry recognized IT certifications
